摘要
目的探讨内镜黏膜剥离术治疗直肠类癌的护理配合。方法一名护士负责进镜和扶镜,另一名护士负责术中器械传递和设备调节,配合医生进行内镜黏膜下剥离术。结果 78例均剥离成功。3例患者术后出现迟发性出血,予再次内镜下止血。其余病例无严重并发症发生。随访1～38个月无残留、复发或转移。结论 ESD是治疗直肠类癌的新方法,医护的完美默契配合至关重要。
【Objective】 To assess the nursing cooperation of endoscopic submucosal dissection in rectal carcinoids.【Methods】 Two nurses assisted the physician in endoscopic submucosal dissection.One was in charge of the movement of colonoscopy,the other was in charge of the equipment management.【Results】 All the rectal carcinoids were dissected completely.Three patients had emergency colonoscopy due to delayed hemorrhage.There was no tumor residual,recurrence or metastasis.【Conclusion】 ESD is a novel endoscopic treatment in rectal carcinoids.Nursing cooperation of endoscopic submucosal dissection in rectal carcinoids is very important.
