摘要
患者男，42岁，主因左耳堵6年，加重1个月于2010年2月收入院。6年前患者无明显诱因出现左耳堵，偶有耳痒，耳道无出血、流脓、流水，无疼痛，无发热。当地医院诊断为外耳道肿物，行外耳道肿物切除术，但未行组织病理学检查。术后1年，患者仍旧自觉有耳堵感，未予诊治，1个月前耳堵感加重，听力明显下降，遂就诊于我院，门诊以左侧外耳道肿物收入院。
