儿童颈部异位胸腺原发T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，9岁。右侧颈部无痛性肿物1个月余，于2008年7月入院。1个月前发现右颈部一肿物，核桃大，牛长较快，无疼痛。体检：右颈部肿物，质地实，无波动感，皮温不高，双腋下、腹股沟尤肿大淋巴结。颈部B超检查：右颈部实性低回声肿物，大小7．6cm×5．2cm×4．1cm，上至下颌骨下缘，下至锁骨上方2．0cm处，前未达中线，后至耳垂后下部，质韧，活动可，无周围粘连。
