摘要
使用电子探针、扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜研究了在真空熔铸凝固过程施加工频旋转电磁搅拌对K417高温合金母合金锭质量的影响。实验结果表明:在K417高温合金真空熔铸的凝固过程中合理施加工频旋转电磁搅拌,能够细化和增加高温合金母合金锭的等轴晶组织,减少高温合金母合金锭中非金属夹杂物的含量,并能将高温合金母合金锭的中心缩孔的比率从54%降低到35%,从而大幅提高了K417高温合金母合金锭的质量。
The effects of rotating electromagnetic stirring on the quality of K417 superalloy master alloy ingots were studied by EPMA,SEM and OM.The results show that,when a rotating electromagnetic stirring with 50 Hz frequency is exerted,the equiax crystals in K417 superalloy ingots are effectively refined and increased,and the non-metallic inclusion content effectively reduces,and the ratio of central shrinkage cavity in superalloy ingots reduces from 54% to 33%,then the quality of K417 superalloy master alloy ingots obviously improves.
