摘要
研究了TC6钛合金在1×10-2 s-1恒应变速率、60%大变形、不同温度等温变形时,温度变化对合金组织、室温拉伸和450℃时拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随等温变形温度的升高,初生α相含量减少,但直径增大,等轴程度增加;925、940℃等温变形热处理后形成等轴组织,955℃等温变形热处理后形成双态组织,985℃等温变形热处理后形成魏氏组织;940℃变形试样的室温拉伸强度最好,而955℃变形试样的室温拉伸塑性最好。综合分析可知,TC6合金在940~955℃能获得较好的强度、塑性匹配。
The effect of isothermal forging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC6 alloy was studied by isothernal forging at the strain rate of 1 × 10-2 s-1 and 60% deformation.The results indicate that the volume fraction of primary α phase decreases with temperature rising.Equiaxed microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 925 ℃,940 ℃.Duplex microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 955 ℃;widmanstaten microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 985 ℃.The tensile strength is best when the forging temperature is 940 ℃,the plastic is best when the forging temperature is 955 ℃.The tensile strength and plasticity are in better combination,when the forging temperature is 940 ℃~955 ℃.
