摘要
根据汽车轮毂轴管零件的形状尺寸特点,分析了实心柱坯模锻成形工艺的可行性,并制定了成形工步图。对各工步的工艺参数进行了计算,计算结果表明制定的成形工步可行。制定了头部复杂形状两种成形方案,并对两种成形方案做了分析,指出采用顺序成形头部形状能显著降低成形力,将在一定程度上改善模具的受力状况,提高模具的使用寿命。
According to the characters of shape and dimensions of vehicle hub axle,the feasibility of die forging using solid cylinder billet was analyzed,and the forming steps were designed.The process parameters of the forming steps were calculated and the results indicate that the scheme is feasible.The two schemes for forming the complex shape in head were designed and their forming characters were compared.The results show that the scheme for forming the head shape in sequence can significantly decrease the forming force,improve the force situation of die working and prolong the die life.
