摘要
运用DEFORM对杆-杆复合挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,得到挤压过程中的应力、应变关系、载荷曲线,并分析其机理。比较不同摩擦因子下,坯料的载荷和上、下杆高比对于金属流动状况的影响。最终根据模拟结果得出有效提高挤压效率,减少挤压缺陷的建议。
DEFORM was applied to simulate rod-rod combined extrusion,the relationship between stress and strain,load curves in extrusion process were obtained,and the mechanism was analyzed.The influence of blank load and up/down rod height ratio on metal flow was compared at different friction factor.Finally some advices according to the simulation results on improving extrusion efficiency and reducing extrusion defects were put forward.
