摘要
采用对CCD获取的熔池图像进行图像处理并提取熔池信息,结合模糊逻辑和PID闭环控制算法,设计了一套弧焊熔透控制系统。通过在特殊形状的2mm厚的Q235钢试件上对TIG焊过程进行熔透控制工艺试验,表明上述质量控制系统可以很好的克服焊接过程中的外界干扰,具有较好的稳定性、控制自适应性和较高的控制精度,从而实现TIG焊质量控制的目标。
As to the arc welding,the information of welding molten pool was collected by image processing;combining fuzzy inference and PID controlling theory,closed-loop controller system was formed.In the controlling experiment of TIG welding process,Q235 steel workpieces with special shape were used.The results indicate that the system can effectively conquer outside disturbance in welding process and then achieve the target of TIG welding quality control.The controlling system has perfect stability,self-adaptability and controlling precision.
