摘要
分析了HP45NbTi高温耐热合金的焊接性,采用手工钨极氩弧焊,用镍基焊丝打底、25-35Nb焊丝填充并盖面的焊接工艺,对该合金炉管进行对接焊,获得了其常温和高温下都满足使用要求的焊接接头,并对焊接接头的显微组织进行了观察分析。
The weldability of heat-resistant alloy HP45NbTi was investigated. The root passes were welded by manual TIG with nickel based wire, filling with wire 25-35Nb. The mechanical properties of the welded joint were examined and up to the standard. The microstructure of the welded joint was also observed before and after welding.
