B304N奥氏体不锈钢焊条电弧焊与钨极氩弧焊焊接接头的冲击性能比较

摘要 分别采用焊条电弧焊工艺和钨极氩弧焊工艺焊接B304N奥氏体不锈钢,并对焊接接头冲击性能进行测试,分析对比两者焊接接头焊缝、熔合线、热影响区的冲击性能。结果表明,钨极氩弧焊焊缝的冲击性能比焊条电弧焊焊缝的冲击性能要高一倍以上,其熔合线的冲击性能也好于焊条电弧焊,热影响区冲击性能接近。 B304N austenitic stainless steel was welded by SMAW and TIG,respectively,and the impact properties of the two joints in welded seam,line fusion and heat-affected zone were analyzed.The results show that the impact property in welded seam welded by TIG is two times greater than that welded by SMAW,and the impact property in line of fusion welded by TIG is better than that welded by SMAW,and the impact property in heat-affected zone welded by TIG and SMAW are approximate.
