摘要
通过对发生泄漏失效的直缝电阻焊管进行宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能及电子显微镜分析,结果表明,该管发生泄漏失效的原因为焊接工艺不合理,焊缝冲击功较低,在熔合线内残留有大量的灰斑夹杂引发焊缝开裂。
A leakage failure of ERW pipe was investigated by macroscopic analysis,chemical composition,metallurgical analysis testing,mechanical property testing and SEM observation.Based on the systematic analysis,it can be concluded that the reasons for ERW pipe crack are unqualified welding technology,the lower impact energy of weld and large numbers of gray spot in weld fusion line.
