摘要
采用多元线性回归方法,对陕西龙钢连铸拉坯过程中实际生产数据进行分析,得到Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别与钢水中C、Si、Mn、S、P的含量、连铸主要工艺参数如钢水温度、拉坯速度、比水量的多元线性回归方程。结果表明:C和Mn的含量以及拉坯速度是影响Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别的最主要的因素,其他因素对其影响较小;控制好C含量,适当减少Mn含量,适当降低并稳定拉速,有利于改善铸坯中间裂纹。
Based on multivariate linear regression analysis,the practical production data from casting course of continuous casting slab in Shaanxi Longmen Iron and Steel Plant were analyzed,a group of multivariate linear regression equations were established,which were the intermediate crack level of Q235 steel vs its effects,such as C,Si,Mn,S,P content in molten steel,molten steel temperature,casting speed and water flow rate.The results show that the content of C and Mn and the casting speed are the most important factors affecting intermediate crack of Q235 steel slab;strictly controlling C content,appropriately reducing Mn content,moderately reducing and stabilizing casting speed help to improve the appearance of intermediate crack in the slab.
