腔内激光疗法联合高压氧治疗下肢大面积淤滞性溃疡24例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Endovenous Laser Treatment and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in 24 Cases of Large Lower Extremity Stasis Ulcers

目的观察静脉腔内激光疗法联合高压氧治疗下肢淤滞性溃疡的临床应用价值。方法下肢淤滞性溃疡患者24例,行静脉腔内激光处理大隐静脉主干,并烧灼溃疡面下的曲张静脉及交通静脉,术后弹力绷带、弹力袜加压包扎,高压氧治疗。结果 24例溃疡均于6～8周内愈合,随访最长36个月,未见溃疡复发。结论静脉腔内激光疗法联合高压氧治疗下肢淤滞性溃疡疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical value of endovenous laser and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treatment of lower extremity stasis ulcers.Methods Great saphenous veins in 24 patients with lower extremity stasis ulcers in our hospital were treated with endovenous laser.Their varicose vein and traffic vein under the ulcers were burned.After surgery they were bandaged with elastic bandages and elastic stockings,and treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.ResultsThe ulcers of 24 patients who were followed up for up to 36 months without any ulcer recurrence,were all healed in 6 to 8 weeks.ConclusionsEndovenous laser and hyperbaric oxygen therapy can achieve good curative outcome in lower extremity stasis ulcers.
