摘要
目的探讨AKT1s、urvivin在大肠癌伴血吸虫病中的表达及其临床意义。方法运用免疫组化SP法检测75例伴与不伴有血吸虫病的大肠腺癌、40例伴与不伴有血吸虫病的正常大肠黏膜中AKT1s、urvivin的表达。结果 AKT1s、urvivin分别在正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺癌之间的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01);survivin阳性表达率与患者肿瘤分化程度、生存时间有关(P<0.05);AKT1与survivin呈正相关(P<0.01);AKT1s、urvivin在大肠腺癌伴与不伴血吸虫病两组病例之间的阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论 AKT1s、urvivin在大肠癌癌变过程中发挥重要的作用,促进了大肠癌的发生、发展。大肠腺癌伴血吸虫病与不伴血吸虫病两组病例中AKT1s、urvivin表达无明显差异,提示在大肠癌癌变过程中血吸虫没有对这两项指标产生明显影响。
Purpose To explore the expression of AKT1,survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma with schistosomiasis and their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was adopted to detect the expression of AKT1 and survivin in 75 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma with or without schistosomiasis,and in 40 cases of normal colorectal mucosa with or without schistosomiasis.Results The difference of positive expression of AKT1 and survivin was significant between colorectal adenocarcinoma and normal colorectal mucosa(P0.01,P0.01),the positive expression of survivin appeared to relate to histological differentiation and survival time(P0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between AKT1 and survivin(P0.01).The difference of positive expression of AKT1 and survivin was not significant between colorectal adenocarcinoma with schistosomiasis and without schistosomiasis(P0.05).Conclusion There is highly positive expression of AKT1 and survivin,which suggests that these factors are concerned with the development and progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma.The expression of AKT1 and survivin between colorectal adenocarcinoma with schistosomiasis and without schistosomiasis has no obvious variation,which proves that schistosomiasis has no evident effect on the progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
