原发性输卵管浆液性腺癌2例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨原发性输卵管浆液性腺癌(PFSA)的病理特征、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法应用光镜检查和免疫组化标记,观察2例PFSA并复习相关文献。结果 PFSA组织形态学与输卵管外盆腔浆液性腺癌相似,发生盆腔腹膜广泛播散时确定其原发部位困难。结论对于来源不明的盆腔包块,须仔细检查输卵管并排除输卵管来源的可能性。
