乙型肝炎患者拉米夫定耐药株变异率快速检测

摘要 HBV感染是导致肝硬化和肝癌的重要因素,拉米夫定是抑制HBV的有效药物之一。但是,长时间应用拉米夫定会导致HBV出现YMDD区段发生变异从而产生耐药[1-2]。HBV反转录酶的保守序列YMDD中蛋氨酸(M)被缬氨酸(V)或异亮氨酸(I)所取代,变异后成为YVDD(rtM204V)或YIDD(rtM204I),使患者体内病毒复制反弹[3-4]。
