IPS e.max Press铸瓷嵌体修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的体外研究 被引量:10

In vitro study of furcal perforation repaired with IPS e.max Press cast porcelain inlays

摘要 目的:探讨IPS e.max Press铸瓷嵌体修复髓室底穿孔的操作步骤及形态恢复与封闭效果。方法:38个人恒磨牙用#8球钻在髓底中央制备髓底穿孔模型,随机均分A、B 2个实验组;4个人恒磨牙只开髓不制备髓底穿孔为C组作阴性对照。A、B 2组分别用IPS e.max Press铸瓷嵌体和间接树脂嵌体修复髓底穿孔,并使用树脂加强型玻璃离子进行黏结。从A、B 2个实验组中各随机选4个用SEM观察黏结界面,其余15个样本用葡萄糖氧化酶-蒽酮法检测微渗漏。结果:A组微渗漏值低于B组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组对根分叉外形修复均达到了良好效果,但SEM观察A组的间隙宽度明显小于B组。结论:IPS e.max Press铸瓷嵌体修复磨牙髓室底穿孔在形态学和封闭性方面优于树脂嵌体。 AIM: To evaluate the effect of IPS e.max Press ceramic inlays on furcation perforation repaiv by both morphologic and microleakage study.METHODS: Perforations were made in the center of the pulp chamber floor in 38 human molars using the #8 round bur.The molars were then randomly divided into A and B experimental groups.4 intact teeth were used as negative controls(Group C).Group A was repaired by IPS e.max Press ceramic inlays,Group B was repaired by composite resin inlay,While group C remained intact as negative control.Resin reinforced glass ionomer was used in both groups as sealer.Sections of 4 teeth in group A and B were evaluated under scanning electron microscope(SEM),others were used in leakage detection device to measure the concentration of leaked glucose with the enzymatic GOD POD method.RESULTS: No significan difference of microleakage was found between Group A and Group B(P0.05).SME observation showed that both groups reached nice morphological restoration.The gap width between porcelain and dentin in group A was less than that in Group B under SEM.CONCLUSION: IPS e.max Press ceramic inlays is superior to composite resin inlay in improving the sealing ability and morphological restoration when used for repair of furcation perforations.
