摘要
简要介绍了烟尘浓度测量的常用方法及其优缺点,重点分析了宝钢电厂一期2台机组烟尘仪的使用情况,根据仪器自身特点和现场应用实际情况分类讨论了在用烟尘仪的故障,并根据现场经验积累提出了相应的处理方法和改进措施,对电厂用烟尘仪的选型、现场应用、日常维护、故障处理以及故障预防提供借鉴。
This article firstly introduced the common method for measuring dust density and its advantages and disadvantages,and then analyzed the application of the dust analyzer for the two units in Phase I project of Baosteel Power Plant.According to the analyzer's characteristics and its field application,the article discussed the analyzer's failure factors separately.Based on the experience accumulated on the work site,the article proposed some processing methods and corresponding improvement measures,which can be used as reference for dust analyzer selection,field application,routine maintenance,troubleshooting and failure prevention.
