Welding property tests and welded joint operation evaluation of Baosteel T92 steel for high pressure boiler tubes

检验及分析评价了宝钢产SA-213 T92钢高压锅炉管的焊接工艺性能及焊接接头性能,对T92钢焊接接头挂管电厂锅炉实炉运行考验,并对服役1年的T92钢焊接接头进行了高温持久强度试验及评价。结果表明,宝钢T92高压锅炉管焊接工艺性能及接头性能各项技术指标均符合DL/T 868—2004标准要求,实炉运行业绩良好,服役1年的T92管焊接接头高温持久强度总体仍达到或超过GB 5310—2008、EN10216—2007标准要求。

The test and evaluation of T92 steel for high pressure boiler tubes produced by Baosteel were made,focusing on its welding process performance and welded joint properties.Meanwhile,T92 steel was tested as welded joints of the power plant boiler tubes.The creep-rupture strength of those joints was also tested and estimated.The results indicated that the welding performance and each technical index of the welding joints can meet the requirements of DL/T 868—2004 standard.The operation stability of the welded joints is good,and the creep-rupture strength of those joints in service for one year still reaches or surpasses the requirement by GB 5310—2008 and EN 10216—2007 standards as a whole.
