二炼钢—1580mm热轧—1880mm热轧物流动态跟踪的设计

A design for dynamic tracking in production logistics for No.2 Steelmaking,1580mm and 1880mm hot-rolling lines

借助宝钢二炼钢L3系统、1 580 mm热轧L3系统的改造和新增1 880 mm热轧L3系统,特别是三个L3将采用一套系统硬件平台的契机,开发了二炼钢—1 580 mm热轧—1 880mm热轧物流动态跟踪子系统。采用直观的图形显示,通过提供一个可以监视整个炼钢—连铸—板坯库—热轧生产—热卷出库进程状况的展示界面,将现在的二炼钢、1 580 mm热轧分段式的实物跟踪方式转变成产线物料一体动态跟踪。该系统将炼钢、热轧物流及设备跟踪集为一体,从而使物料和设备跟踪更加集中、全面和清晰,对计划调整、热装热送、物流控制、设备管理等都将起到积极的作用。

With the help of the L3 reconstruction in Baosteel No.2 steelmaking,1 580 mm and newly built 1 880 mm hot-rolling lines,especially the chance of three L3 systems using the same hardware platform,a dynamic tracking system in production logistics for the lines above mentioned was developed.By means of a visual graphical display,an interface that can monitor the whole process from steelmaking — continuous casting — slab yard — hot-rolling — hot coil delivery,was provided.Now the system has made the transition from the present sectional type of material tracking to an integrated one.It integrates the steelmaking,logistics（hot-rolling）and equipment tracking more centralized,comprehensive and clearer,which will play an active role in scheduling adjustment,hot charging and hot delivery,logistics control and equipment management.
