疟原虫红内期糖基化磷脂酰肌醇锚定蛋白的研究进展

摘要 疟疾传播的防控迫切需要研制有效的疟疾疫苗,而疟原虫各发育阶段的表膜蛋白是疟疾疫苗的良好候选分子,其中糖基化磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定蛋白因其特有的分子结构和生物功能而受到广泛关注.此文以恶性疟原虫为主,对疟原虫红内期GPI锚定蛋白的研究进展作了综述. Control of malaria highlights the critic need for an effective vaccine.Proteins of malaria parasites in blood stage are good candidates for developing vaccine,such as the glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-anchored proteins for its special structure and function.The advances of GPI-anchored proteins of the intraerythrocytic developmental cycle of malaria parasites are briefly described in this review.
