1资料与方法本院正畸科接诊打鼾患者18例,男,年龄29～60岁,其中3例患者伴有高血压史多年;1例患者5年前曾在外地做悬雍垂切除术,打鼾治疗效果不佳。每例患者采集上下颌全口模型，
