摘要 钠钾泵是镶嵌在哺乳动物细胞膜上的一种蛋白质,在维持细胞内离子平衡、能量代谢和信号传递中都发挥着重要作用。其功能的紊乱和调节异常会引起严重的病理生理变化。肾上腺素能受体是钠钾泵的一个重要调节因子。该文即对肾上腺素能受体对心肌钠钾泵的亚基特异性调节及研究进展进行的综述。 Na+/K+-ATPase is an ubiquitous membrane bound protein in mammalians.It plays an important role in maintaining cellular ion balance,energy metabolism and signal transduction.The functional disorder or abnormal regulation of Na+,K+-ATPase may induce serious pathophysiological changes.Adrenoceptor is a main regulator of Na+,K+-ATPase.This review discusses the isoform-specific regulation of adrenoceptor in myocardium Na+,K+-ATPase.
