常用静脉麻醉药丙泊酚（propofol,P）、氯胺酮（ketamine,K）、依托咪酯（etomidate,E）和羟丁酸钠（sodium oxybate,S）均有诱发肌阵挛的可能,临床常规应用麻醉辅助药以增强全麻作用,减轻不良反应。加巴喷丁（gabapentin,G）是新型抗癫痫药,并能在术前镇静、术后镇痛。
