摘要
目的探讨应用自体骨膜在引导性骨再生技术中的作用。方法选择6只健康成年杂种犬,犬双侧下颌体部分别制备3个1.0 cm×1.0 cm大小的骨缺损,骨缺损处经β-TCP颗粒充填后,分别应用自体骨膜覆盖和胶原膜覆盖,并以无膜覆盖作空白对照。分别于术后4、8、12周处死2只犬,取双侧下颌骨作为标本,环境扫描电镜及组织学观察成骨情况。结果第4、8、12周自体骨膜组及胶原膜覆盖组骨形成量和骨密度均优于空白组。结论自体骨膜同胶原膜均具有促进骨组织愈合及新骨形成的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of autologous periosteum in the guide bone negeneration(GBR) technique to enhance bone regeneration in dogs.Methods Six healthy mongrel dogs were established.In one side of the canine mandibular three 1.0 cm×1.0 cm sized bone defects were prepared and filled with β-TCP particles then covered with autologous periosteum or collagen membrane,and no covered as control.Two dogs were sacrificed at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation,respectively.Bilateral mandibular taken as specimens were treated for ESEM and histologic analysis.Results ESEM and histology results showed that the newly formed bone volume and bone mineral density were much higher in the autologous periosteum covering and collagen membrane covering groups at 8 and 12 weeks than control group.Conclusion Autoperiosteum and collagen membrane have the promotion of bone healing and new bone formation.
