膝横韧带与半月板损伤间关系的MRI研究 被引量:2

MRI Study of the Relationship between Transverse Geniculate Ligament and Meniscus Injury

摘要 目的:探讨MRI上膝横韧带与半月板损伤程度及位置的关系,进一步认识膝横韧带的临床意义,并为半月板损伤的诊断和治疗提供新的信息.方法:收集288例于本院2009年1月至2010年3月行膝关节MRI检查的病例,在MRI上观察膝横韧带的出现情况及半月板损伤的情况,并分析膝横韧带出现率与半月板损伤程度及位置的相关性.结果:膝横韧带在MRI上的出现率约43.1%(124/288),其长度为(37.5±2.75)mm,宽度为(2.5±1.5)mm.膝横韧带出现率与半月板损伤程度无关(P>0.05),但与半月板损伤位置有关(P<0.01).结论:膝横韧带为连接双侧半月板前角的正常解剖结构,在运动过程中协助维持膝关节的稳定,并且对半月板前角具有一定的保护作用. Objective:To investigate the relationship between transverse geniculate ligament, meniscus injury degree and its position, so as to study the clinical significance of transverse geniculate ligament and to provide new information for the diagnose and treatment of meniscus injury. Methods:288 cases of knee joints with MRI scan were collected from Jan. 2009 to Mar. 2010 in Shenzhen Hospital. The appearing situation of transverse geniculate ligaments and meniscus injury degree as well as its position were observed, and then cor- relation between them was analyzed. Results:The occurrence rate of transverse geniculate ligaments was 43.1% (124/288) in our MRI examinations, the mean length of which was (3.75 _+ 2.75 )mm and the average width was (2.5± 1.5)mm. The occurrence rate of transverse geniculate ligaments was irrelevant to the meniscus in- jury degree ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but it was related to the position of meniscus injury ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Trans- verse geniculate ligament is the normal anatomy which is connected with the anterior horns of both meniscuses, it can protect the anterior horns of meniscus and help to keep stability of the knee joint.
