摘要
采用调制传递函数和波前像差分析方法,设计了基于三片泽尼克多项式曲面反射镜的反射投影成像系统。其中第一片反射镜表面为凹面,用于减小第二片反射镜的尺寸和获得高对比度,而另外两片反射镜表面为凸面,用于校正主要的像差和获得更短的投影距离。利用ZEMAX软件分析了所设计的基于泽尼克多项式曲面反射镜成像系统的光学性能。结果表明,设计的反射投影成像系统在放大倍数为80和相对孔径为2.8时,调制传递函数在60对线/mm时可达到50%以上,且最大畸变小于3.0%,可满足大尺寸高分辨率投影显示系统的要求。
A reflective projection system based on Zernike polynomial surfaces is presented.The reflective projection system consists of three reflective mirrors with Zernike polynomial surfaces.The first mirror is concave to reduce the size of the second mirror and obtain high contrast ratio.The second mirror and the third mirror are convex to achieve a shorter projection distance and correct major aberration such as spherical aberration,coma aberration and distortion.The system is simulated and analyzed in detail by using ZEMAX software.Experimental results show that under the condition of relative aperture F-number=2.8,the MTF is more than 50% at 60lp/mm,the maximum distortion is less than 3.0% at screen amplification factor of 80,the designed system can satisfy the requirement of the high definition projection display.
