摘要
逆向工程中基于海量散乱点的三维模型重建,在许多应用中具有重要意义。由于测量系统精度的限制和测量数据无法直接与三维显示系统相结合,这也成为逆向工程发展的一个瓶颈。对传统的基于多边形网格的生成过程及Bezier插值细化进行了深入的研究,分析了其中的缺点和不足,并在此基础上提出了三维显示模型构建的新算法,即单层串珠算法、相邻层网格算法和模型润化平滑算法。与传统方法相比,不仅缩短了计算处理时间,而且节约了存储空间,具有较强的普适性与实用性。
In reverse engineering,the limits of measuring accuracy and the impossibility of direct combination of data and 3D display system bottleneck the subject's development.Hence it has great significance for the rebuilding of the 3D model based on immense amounts of point data.The generating process of the traditional realistic images based on polygon meshes,as well as Bezier interpolation thinning are studied,and the shortages and deficiencies are analyzed.Based on which a new method of 3D model's building is proposed,which consists of monolayer bead algorithm,adjacent layer grid algorithm,and model lubricity algorithm.Compared with the traditional method,it reduces the computing time,saves storage space greatly and has a better utility and practicability.
