摘要
针对某型航空侦查相机镜头仿真的工程需求,根据其结构建立三维几何模型,将模型导入到Patran/Nas-tran分析软件中,对其进行模态分析。在初次分析中得出,第1阶和第2阶模态的固有频率(573Hz、576Hz)过低(低于军方要求的600Hz以上),所以需要在提高刚度方面对结构进行优化。为了提高固有频率,对其结构进行了优化,对优化后的结构再次进行模态分析,其结果完全满足要求。
Aiming to the engineering requirement of simulating a aviation reconnaissance camera,according to the main structure of the lens,the lens structure three-dimension model is created and it is imported into the software Patran/Nastran to analyze its mode,.The first mode result(573Hz,576Hz) is lower than the military request(600Hz).In order to raising the frequency,the lens structure is optimized successfully,and the mode is analyzed again.The result can meet the engineering requirement of simulating a aviation reconnaissance camera.
