摘要
目的:研究竹节参多糖(D1)降血脂的药理活性。方法:腹腔注射75%蛋黄生理盐水溶液0.02mL.g-1建立小鼠高血脂动物模型。随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、2个阳性对照组(血脂康组及辛伐他汀组)和2个试验组(D1高剂量组及D1低剂量组)。空白对照组给予生理盐水,高脂模型组给予蛋黄乳溶液和生理盐水,阳性对照组和试验组以羧甲基纤维素钠混悬,配成混悬药液样品。测定给药后动物血浆中TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C的浓度。结果:阳性对照组和试验组各项指标与模型组比较,差异均有显著性。结论:竹节参多糖具有一定的降血脂的作用,并存在量效关系。
OBJECTIVE To study if the polysaccharides of Panax japonicus could influence on high blood lipid leveI and to provide evidence for developing new antihyperlipidemic drugs. METHODS Hyperlipidemic mice model was established by celiac injection of 75% egg-yolk emulsion. Then the animals were administrated with samples comprising equal polysaccharides of different doses from Panax japoncus. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprolein-cholesterol (LDL- C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum were measured. RESULTS As comparison with control groups, TC,TC.LDL -C levels in the groups of polysaccharides of Panax japonicus were significantly decreased; HDL-C levels were significantly increased. CONCLUSION Both the two extracts show notable antihyperlipidemia effect on serum lipids of mice, but the results of high doses were better than those of the low doses.
