A Novel,Green and Mild Access to Azole Heteroarenes:Synthesis of Pyrazoles in BrФnsted Acidic Ionic Liquid at Room Temperature

摘要 利用质子酸性离子液体BMImHSO4可以有效地合成吡唑类化合物.在1,3-二羰基化合物与肼之间发生的缩合反应过程中,这种离子液体即作为溶剂又起着催化剂的作用,并且可以回收再利用.这为合成这一类杂环化合物提供了一种新型、绿色、温和的合成方法. A novel pyrazole synthesis approach has been developed by using BrФnsted acidic ionic liquid BMImHSO4,which acts as dual solvent-catalyst in promoting the condensation of hydrazines with various 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds at room temperature.In the reaction process,no catalysts or other organic sol-vents are used,and BMImHSO4 can be readily reused without efficiency loss after simple treatment.This provides a green and mild synthetic method for the preparation of this class of heterocyclic compounds.
