摘要
新医改方案提出加快医疗信息化建设步伐,认为医疗信息化是解决"看病难"、"看病贵"的一剂"良药"。电子病历系统是医院所有信息管理系统的核心,是现代医疗机构开展高效、优质诊疗、科研以及医疗管理工作所必需的重要临床信息资源,它对提高医护工作效率和控制医疗质量发挥着重要作用。文章探讨结构化电子病历实时管理医疗质量的优势,面临的挑战并提出应对策略。
The construction of medical informatization has been quickened up with the New Medical Reform,which is expected to solve the problem of ＂the Medical Treatment Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment＂.Electronic medical record system is the core of all hospital information system,and an important information resource for efficient and high-quality clinical,medical research and management,which plays an important role in improving efficiency and controlling medical care quality.The advantage of electronic medical record system on real-time management of medical quality was discussed,and some countermeasures were put forward to meet the challenges.
