摘要
安乐死与临终关怀是两个不同的概念,二者既是对立又是统一的。文章通过对我国安乐死与临终关怀的分析指出,应积极推出安乐死方面的法律法规,同时高度重视并积极推进临终关怀制度,使二者和谐统一,使社会更加和谐。
Euthanasia and hospice care are two different concepts,which is a unity of oppositeness.Based on analysis of the status of euthanasia and hospice care in China,it was suggested that legislation on euthanasia should be established,and hospice care needed to be implemented.Furthermore,harmonious unity of euthanasia and hospice care should be constructed to promote social development.
