大医学观视角下对构建和谐医患关系的新思考

和谐医患关系的建立已经迫在眉睫。单纯而孤立地一味强调医方的问题与责任不会有明显效果。只有以大医学观视角深入探讨,充分认识和谐医患关系的建立是一个系统复杂工程;发挥媒体舆论的正面引导作用以营造良好社会氛围;回归医疗服务公益性并切实发挥政府主导功能;以形式多样的广泛宣传教育增强公众的理性、文明就医意识和观念,和谐医患关系才能成为现实。

It is quite urgent to construct harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.But it would not obtain obvious achievement by singly emphasizing doctors′ responsibility.It is necessary to realize its complicated and systematic character,and explore it in view of comprehensive medicine concept.Harmonious relationship between doctors and patients can achieve to reality only by cultivating positive social environment led by media,embodying the non-profit character of medical services guided by the government,and improving the public′s rational and civilized awareness of medical services.
