摘要
处理含重金属离子的废水在环保和资源综合利用中备受关注,为了从微观机理上研究支撑液膜传质特性,建立中空纤维支撑液膜萃取铜离子的传质微分方程和有限差分法离散方程,并用Matlab迭代求解,得到铜离子在萃取过程中管内浓度轴向与径向的分布。分别模拟不同操作条件下的铜离子萃取情况,符合实验数据。表明在一定范围内,纤维管径增大、管内流体流速增大时,铜离子单程去除率减小;pH值和有机载体含量增大时,铜离子单程去除率增大。
There are wide attention on the treatment of wastewater containing metal ions and integrated reuse-recycle resources. In order to explain the mass transfer in supported liquid membrane, a PDE equation about mass transfer of copper extraction in hollow fiber support liquid membrane has been built. Matlab is used to solve the discrete equation by finite difference method. Then axial and radial concentration profile of copper ion diffusion inside the fiber is obtained. The result of simulation agrees well with experiment data and it shows that the removal rate of copper ion is decreasing with flow velocity increasing inside fiber. Similarly, the removal rate increases with the increasing ofpH value and organic carrier concentration.
