摘要
为了获得较高结合强度的高质量涂层,采用异质金属丝电弧喷涂工艺在Q235钢板表面制备锌铝伪合金涂层,并对涂层进行整体重熔处理。对比分析了整体重熔处理前、后涂层性能的变化情况。分析结果表明,经过整体重熔处理,基体中的铁元素扩散到涂层中,构成多种铁铝金属间化合物和铁锌金属间化合物,锌铝伪合金涂层转变为合金层;整体重熔处理大大降低了涂层孔隙率,提高了涂层与基体的结合强度和硬度。
To obtain the high-quality coating with relatively high bonding strength,the dissimilar wire arc spraying technology was adopted to prepare pseudo zinc-aluminum alloy coating on the surface of Q235 steel plate and the coating received a remelting bulk treatment.A comparative analysis was conducted to deal with the change of the coating performance before and after the remelting bulk treatment.The analysis showed that after the remelting bulk treatment the iron element in the matrix diffused into the coating,forming several kinds of iron-aluminum compounds and iron-zinc compounds.The pseudo zinc-aluminum alloy coating changed into the alloy layer.The remelting bulk treatment reduced the coating porosity remarkably and improved the bonding strength and hardness of the coating and matrix.
