摘要
针对连续管在井眼中的受力特点,考虑连续管自重、井壁支反力、井壁对连续管的轴向摩擦力、连续管内外流体压力和粘滞阻力、井斜角、方位角以及流体对连续管的浮力等对连续管力学行为的影响,建立了井下连续管轴向力分析模型。编制了相应的力学分析软件,并结合具体的作业工况,对连续管轴向力及其影响因素进行了深入分析。计算结果表明,摩擦因数、连续管尺寸改变了连续管轴向力的分布,井眼尺寸对其轴向力的影响很小。该分析方法与分析结果可用于指导现场连续管井下作业的设计与施工。
In light of the force feature of coiled tubing in a hole,an analyzing model of the axial force of the bottom-hole coiled tubing was established with a consideration of the effect of various factors on the mechanical behavior of the coiled tubing.The corresponding mechanical analysis software was produced.According to the specific operating condition,a further analysis was conducted to deal with the axial force of the coiled tubing and its influencing factors.The calculation showed that the friction factor and the coiled tubing dimensions changed the distribution of the axial force of the coiled tubing.The dimensions of the hole had a very small effect on the axial force.The analyzing method and result can be used as a guide to the design and construction of the coiled tubing bottom-hole operation.
