摘要 针对现有机械式脱手工具存在随管柱下入中途遇阻后不能传递扭矩和丢手后不能回接的问题,研制出新型导向液压丢手工具。该工具能有效地消除管柱下入遇阻后不能进行下压正转或反转操作的问题,降低了电缆护罩丢落的打捞风险,实现了在未回接状态下配合导向接头进行钢丝作业的技术目标,且具有作业过程简单、成本低和效率高等优点。现场应用表明,该丢手工具设计合理,丢手快捷方便,作业成功率达100%,各项性能达到设计要求。 In light of the problem that the existing mechanical releasing tool cannot transmit torque when it encounters a barrier in the tripping-in process with the pipestring and tie-back cannot be achieved after release,a new type of navigational and hydraulic release tool was developed.The tool could effectively solve the problem that the pipestring could not perform push-down corotational or reversing operation when it encountered a barrier in the tripping-in process,thus reducing the risk of fishing the dropping cable shield and achieving the technological goal of coordinating the guide sub to perform the steel wire operation before tie-back was achieved.Moreover,it was characterized by simple operation,low costs and high efficiency.The laboratory and downhole experiments showed that the release tool was rational in design and quick and convenient in carrying out release with a 100% success rate.All the performance indexes reached the design requirement.
