摘要
本设计通过分析刀刃曲线的几何特性,确定了飞刀和底刀的等效刃磨轨迹;进而采用结构独特而加工与维修工艺性又极其常规的曲线引导和坐标变换机构,构成纯机械的、但非传统靠模仿形的刀片刃磨运动模式;并以其简便的随机可调性为相关条件,广泛适用于各型刀辊切料进行底刀或飞刀曲线刃磨,实现刀片的“等间隙操作”。
Through the Analysis of geometry specific property of blade curve,this design defined the equiva-lent blade grinding locus for flying and bottom knifes and uses curve generation and coordinate change functions,which is unique in construction and traditional in process and maintainance,to form a pure machinery dynamic mod-els other than the simulation. Its convenient and random charasteristic of the adjustment can be widely used in dif-ferent knife-roller catters to carry out curve grinding the edge-turn of the flying and bottom knifes and 'e-alize equal gap operation' of the blade.
