摘要
在电场作用下,通过聚醋酸乙烯乳液(PVAc)胶合杨木单板的试验,初步探索了电场作用时间与胶合强度的关系。结果表明:①电场作用时间对胶合强度影响极显著;②对含水率为12%的杨木单板,使用PVAc(固体含量为17%,20℃时的粘度为60Pa·s)为胶粘剂,单面涂胶量为185g/m2,在室温(17~24℃)加压(045~085MPa)10h,上、下垫板间30V的电势差从加压后1~4h起施加,板材胶合强度最理想。
Based on experiment of poplar veneers bonded with PVAc in electric field,relationship between
electric field action time and shearing strength between the veneers was preliminarily explored.
Experiment results showed that the shearing strength was significantly affected by the time.
The strength behaved the best when veneer moisture content was 12%, and 185 g/m\+2 of
PVAc(content 17%,viscosity 6.0 Pas at 20 )was spread as adhesive under the following
condition:room temperature (1724 ),0.450.85 MPa of pressure for 10 h, 30V of electric potential
difference among pole plates initiated after 14 h pressing.\=
