Study on Wet Veneer Overlaying Process for Panelboards

人造板薄木贴面的传统方法都采用于贴，即先将薄木干燥到一定的含水率后再进行胶贴。薄木湿贴工艺既可节省大量薄木，降低薄木的生产成本，又可减少胶贴工艺的工序。现就有关薄木匠贴工艺的方法、使用的胶粘剂及各种工艺参数进行了研究和探讨。

For overlaying veneers on panelboards, usually the traditional method, dry-veneer overlaying process, isused after the veneers are dried to a certain moisture content. In order to reduce veneer loss and production cost of veneer as well as to simplify the overlaying process, a study is made on wet overlaying process of panelboards regardingthe procedure, adhesive, and process parameters.
