高效液相色谱法测定饲料中的利血平

Determination of reserpine in feed by high performance liquid chromatography

本实验建立了饲料中利血平的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱仪,乙酸铵缓冲液+乙腈=60+40作为流动相,C18色谱柱,激发波长:280nm,发射波长:360nm。结果表明:在0.01～10μg/mL浓度范围,线性关系良好,r=0.9999。试样中利血平的检出限为0.05mg/kg。本法操作简便,测定结果准确。

A method for determination of reserpine in feeds by high performance liquid chromatograpy（HPLC） was established.The stationary phase was C18 and the mobile phase was ammonium acetate buffer：acetonitrile=60∶40（V∶V）.The excitation wavelength was 280 nm,and the emission wavelength was 360 nm.The calibration curve for reserpine was linear in the range of 0.01 ～ 10 μg/mL（r=0.9999）.The limit of quantification was 0.05 mg/kg.This method was simple,fast and accurate.
