摘要
采用正交试验法和单因素试验法探讨了碱性环境中纸浆纤维与己内酰胺在过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系中进行接枝共聚改性反应的主要工艺参数。研究结果表明:当单体与浆的质量比为0.5,过硫酸钾的用量为8%(对绝干纸浆),过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为5:4,浆浓为5.0%,反应时间为2h,反应温度为60℃时,单体接枝率可达到23%以上。接枝后纸浆纤维的成纸物理强度性能得以提高,但成纸的白度值出现了小幅下降。
An orthogonal method and single-factor method was used to study the grafting copolymerization of pulp with hexanolactam using potassium persulphate-sodium bisulfite as initiator under alkaline medium.e optimum process parameters of the grafting reaction were followed:the ratio of modifier dosage to fiber was 0.5 :1,the ratio of initiator dosage was 8%,the ratio of potassium persulphate to sodium bisulfite was 5:4,pulp consistency was 5%,the reaction time was 2h,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,e maximum graft ratio and the mechanical properties of handsheet could be obtained at the optimum process conditions,but the brightness of pulp was reduced slightly.
