摘要
采用硫酸铝、硫酸铁、硅酸钠等为原料,制备聚合硅酸硫酸铝铁(Polyaluminum Ferric Silicate-Sulafte,简称PAFSS)絮凝剂,研究了Si/Al/Fe摩尔比、pH等因素对PAFSS去除造纸废水的色度及CODCr的影响。结果表明:Al/Fe/Si的摩尔比、pH和反应温度对PAFSS絮凝性起着很重要的影响;聚硅酸与铝离子、铁离子及铝铁水解产物间存在一定的络合作用,这种作用对PAFSS聚集体的结构形貌、铝离子和铁离子的水解聚合过程及铝、铁水解产物的形态分布都有一定的影响。在(Fe+Al)/Si=3:1,Al/Fe=4:1,pH=4,温度=40℃等条件下制得的PAFSS对废水色度、CODCr有很好的去除效果。
In this paper,aluminum sulfate,ferric sulfate,sodium silicate used as raw materials to prepare polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(polyaluminum ferric silicate-sulfate,PAFSS)flocculant,then Si/Al/Fe molar ratio,pH and other factors of PAFSS on removal of the color and COD Cr of paper wastewater was studied.e results showed that Al/Fe/Si molar ratio,pH and reaction temperature played an important influence on PAFSS flocculation,polysilicate and aluminum ions,iron ions and the hydrolysis products of aluminum and iron existed complexation,which kind of effect on the structure of aggregates PAFSS morphology,aluminum ions and iron ions in the process of hydrolysis and polymerization of aluminum,iron hydrolysis products had a certain influence on species distribution.under conditions of(Fe+Al)/Si =3:1,Al/Fe =4:1,pH=4,T=40℃ obtained PAFSS,the wastewater had good removal efficiency in color and COD Cr.
