本文讨论了热固性树脂装饰层压板后成型过程中，表层易产生裂隙的原因，并提出了若干防止产生裂隙的建议。如提高浸渍树脂的塑性，妥善掌握后成型时装饰板含水率、加压速度。

The reason of surface checks developed during post forming process of thermosetting resin impregnated decorative laminated sheet was discussed. And the prevention measures about the check was suggested, such as improving elasticity of impregnating resin, controlling moisture content of decorative laminated sheet, controlling pressing speed, and controlling bending radius etc.
