加拿大乔治亚学院带薪实习教育模式的启示

Enlightenment of Canadian "Co-op" to Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

加拿大带薪实习教育模式在实习管理、实习课程安排和政府支持等方面具有鲜明的特色,教学效果显著。我国高职院校顶岗实习教育存在诸如企业积极性不高、学校实习管理难度大、政府支持不够等问题,实践中可以借鉴加拿大"带薪实习"教育模式的经验,校企双方在利益一致的基础上加强实习基地的建设,校企共同规划安排实习课程和实习管理,政府对顶岗实习给予支持并从校企生三方对实习效果进行考核与评价。

The Canadian ＂Co-op＂ practice education is distinctive in practice management,practice course arrangement and governmental support,and it＇s very effective.While many problems exist in our country＇s higher vocational colleges on post practice program education,such as：enterprises＇ enthusiasm is not high,the practice management is difficult,the support from government is not enough,etc.Learning from the experience of Canadian ＂Co-op＂ practice management,we can establish the practice base on common interests;colleges and enterprises should jointly plan and arrange courses and practice.The government should give support to the on post practice and inspect the effect from three aspects of college,enterprise and students.
