摘要
随着"按揭"购房方式在城镇居民中的普及,按揭房屋纠纷在离婚诉讼中的比例也在不断上升。由于按揭购房方式的多样性及处理相关问题的复杂性,各地在处理类似案件时的做法各不相同。而正确处理按揭房屋纠纷的关键在于准确判断房屋的产权归属,以此为突破口来带动其他相关问题的解决。
With the popularity of house mortgage in urban residents,the proportion of mortgaged house disputes in divorce case proceedings is rising.There are different methods for similar cases due to variety of mortgage means and the complexity of related problems.The key to solve these problems is to clearly define the ownership of the mortgaged house.This is the breakthrough for solving other relevant problems.
