文章介绍了生理药物动力学模型的基本概念和分类,描述了生理药物动力学模型建立过程,概述了兽医领域生理药物动力学的研究进展,展望了生理模型的发展趋势。生理模型在兽医药物动力学研究中必将发挥重要作用。
In this article,basic concepts and classification of physiologically based pharmacokinetic（PBPK） model were introduced and procedure to establish PBPK model were described in detail.Recent progress of PBPK model in veterinary medicine was reviewed,and then the future trend of PBPK model was predicted.It＇s believed that PBPK model will play an important role in veterinary pharmacokinetic study.
