摘要
目的评价Carto三维标测系统指导行射频消融治疗心房纤颤的疗效。方法 16例房颤患者,术中采用Carto三维标测系统结合肺静脉造影重塑左心房和肺静脉模型,定位肺静脉前庭开口及其周围出现呈现出双电位或复合电位的靶位点,在环状电极标测下,分别沿肺静脉前庭开口进行环状消融,并消融其周围双电位及复合高频电位处,直至双侧肺静脉内电位完全隔离。结果 16例患者术后达到完全肺静脉内电位隔离,所有患者术中均无并发症发生。但有2例术后复发。结论在Carto三维标测系统指导下的肺静脉前庭环状消融治疗房颤安全有效。
Objective To estimate the efficacy of circumferential pulmonary vein(PV) ablation guided by three dimensional mapping system(Carto) for atrial fillation(AF).Methods Totally Sixteen patients with atrial fibrillation finished left atrial and pulmonary vein geometry reconstruction guided by Carto system and pulmonary vein angiogram,positioning target of pulmonary vein antecourt and double potential and high frequency potential circumferential pulmonary vein antecourt ablation guided by circular mapping catheter and the main procedure end point was electrical isolation of PVs.Results Sixteen patients reached pulmonary vein eletrical isolation completely without complication after operation,all patients hadn’t complication. but 2 patients had recrudesce after 48 hours.Conclusions Circumferential paroxysmal PV linearablation guided by Carto system is safe and effective for AF.
