星状神经节阻滞的应用解剖研究

目的研究星状神经节的解剖学特征,为临床神经节阻滞的成功实施提供形态学依据。方法对20具成人尸体标本进行解剖,对星状神经节的形态、位置、大小及其与周围结构毗邻关系进行观测。结果星状神经节的形态主要为星形(左侧占66.67%,右侧占33.33%);其主要位于颈根部第七颈椎横突至第一肋颈处,星状神经节至颈前正中线的距离及至皮肤的深度在左右侧星状神经节的数值均比较相近,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论术者需熟悉星状神经节周围结构以减少并发症,解剖学研究是一个必需的基础。

Objective To study the anatomical characteristics of the stellate ganglion,ganglion block for clinical provide morphological basis for the successful implementation.Methods Totally 20 adult cadavers were dissected,the shape of the stellate ganglion,location,size and relationship with surrounding structures adjacent to the observation.Results The main form of stellate ganglion is star（left 66.67%,right 33.33%）;the main root of the neck at the seventh cervical vertebra to the first rib neck,the stellate ganglion to the anterior midline until the skin from the left and right side deep in the stellate ganglion of the values are relatively similar,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The surgeon be familiar with the structure around the stellate ganglion in order to reduce complications,anatomy study is a necessary foundation.
